Konstantin 'Kostya' Novikov - known professionally as Bell - is a specialist in the acquisition of clandestine human intelligence and the provision of 'wet work' services.
Novikov initially trained within the highly classified 'Spetsbureau 13' department at The KGB. He amassed 72 confirmed kills over the course of his service.
He is currently experiencing an extended fugue state having undergone psychological manipulation at the hands of The CIA. He is unable to recall details of his own personal history as Kostya Novikov and has been operating exclusively under the codename Bell for just over a decade.
